We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from elce-swimwear.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Request a Return – Log in to your account on elce-swimwear.com and navigate to the Returns section to initiate your return. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Prepare Your Package – Ensure the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Securely pack your item(s) and attach the label. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or designated carrier location.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item(s).
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order on elce-swimwear.com.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
